The Partial Plan Package is for the couple who has completed their venue search and majority of their wedding basics but is looking for someone to help tie up loose ends and execute their wedding day vision. Think month-of coordinator but SO MUCH MORE! Beginning 5 Months prior, I will help assist you in finalizing your vendor contracts, your overall wedding design, and executing the day-of details and logistics.

5 Month Partial Planning Services

The very first month of our partial planning services, the following will take place:

-1 in person meeting at a local coffee shop or brewery near you for an initial meeting.

-The lead coordinator will join you on a second tour of the wedding venue.

-Unlimited Email/ Text communication between the hours of 10am and 7pm.

-We will review all vendor contracts and confirm that we’re abiding by all policies and requirements set by the venue and partner vendors.

- Creation of a customized, detailed day-of timeline.

-Full communication and coordination with all wedding day vendors starting at this point.

5 Months Prior.

Four Months Prior.

We will take full ownership of the following when being provided the Materials and stamp-age:

-The Mailing of your Wedding Invitations and RSVP’s.

-Full RSVP Management as they will be returned to planners address.

-Final calls to guests who haven’t sent back their RSVP to obtain confirmation as to whether they are coming.

-Continual communication with Clients when RSVP’s arrive so client can create seating chart.

- 2- 45minute meetings will be scheduled with the client via FaceTime or zoom to start going over the design of your ceremony, reception and small station decor. We will also make edits to the timeline and discuss any DIY/ Custom pieces for your wedding day that still need to be completed.

-Continued support for the bridal couple as they finalize all custom signage pieces and decor elements.

- 1-90 minute In person meeting at a local coffee shop or brewery to check in and provide updates regarding vendor needs/ questions and guest rsvp counts.

-1- 45 minute meeting will be scheduled via zoom or FaceTime with the client.

45 days prior:

-Guest Counts will be confirmed and venue layout discussions will begin.

2-3 Months Prior.

1 Month Prior.

-We will schedule and attend your Final Venue Walkthrough to solidify floor plan with your final guest count and finalize all details.

-Final Guest Counts will be provided to all vendors and final detail calls will be scheduled with the photographer, caterer, videographer, content creator and DJ.

-The final timeline will be sent to all vendors with the request that all communication come through our coordination team so the bridal couple can coast through the final weeks of planning.

-Rehearsal guidance and supervision for ceremony (up to 2 hours on site for the rehearsal)

-Up to 13 hours onsite on the wedding day with your Lead Planner and 11 hours with your planning assistant.

-Ceremony Decor - coordinate with florist/rental company on decor location and design for setup, place unity items. We will setup/ breakdown your personal décor as well as our rentals décor.

- Placement of your Plates, napkins, flatware, chargers, goblets in tables if this isn’t included in your catering contract.

-Reception Decor - oversee all non-ceremony décor set up including welcome displays, cocktail hour, and reception decor. This includes placing escort/place cards, menus and table numbers.

-Continuously checking in with Bride & Groom maintaining the schedule throughout the day with all vendors

-Pin Boutonniere's and hand out corsages and bouquets

-Line up and cue ceremony processional

-Manage signing of marriage license with officiant and return to client in a safe place

-Coordinate and cue photographers & musicians for ceremony

-Greet and direct guests to seating for reception - stand by seating chart or in reception space to help guide guests to tables

-Coordinate with DJ/Band, photo/video for bridal party introductions and all formal events throughout the evening. Ensure all vendors are ready for each event throughout the evening.

-A Signature wedding is the point of contact should anything arise on the wedding day - we will always take care of any "pop-up" issues to the best of our ability so the client is not bothered throughout the evening.

-Distribute final gratuities to vendors

-Collection/ Breakdown of clients gifts and personal décor.

-Tear down/clean up - we will work with your vendor teams to pack up your personal decor and coordinate vendor pickups

-Final walk through of venue to ensure no belongings are left behind.

The Night Before & The Day Of.

Decor Included and Investment

The Bridal Couple will receive a decor credit toward anything in our faux floral and decor inventory in the amount of $2,000.00.

$500.00 is the date retainer for our services upon contract completion.

$1,750.00is due 100 days prior to the event date.

$1,750.00 is due 30 weeks prior to the event date.
