Our process begins well before the I do’s to ensure all goes seamless on your wedding day.

Final Dress Fitting Attendance: Your Lead Personal Bridal Assistant will attend your final dress fitting to become fully familiar with the intricacies of your gown, including the proper bustle method and any unique details, ensuring seamless assistance on your wedding day.

Hair & Makeup Vision Boards: To ensure a smooth and well-coordinated beauty experience on the wedding day, our team will curate personalized vision boards for all individuals receiving beauty services. Each board will include a makeup-free photo of the individual along with their selected hair and makeup inspiration images. These boards will be created for the bride, bridesmaids, mothers, and any additional participants. We will provide the completed vision boards to your hair and makeup teams 35 days prior to the wedding for their preparation and reference.

Catered Lunch Coordination: If lunch will be catered for either or both bridal parties, our team will assist with menu selection and ordering to ensure an enjoyable and stress-free dining experience.

It’s Wedding Day!

The First 4 hours of our Services include the following:

Morning Beverage & Breakfast Station: Upon arrival, our team will set up your morning beverage station, featuring champagne, mimosas, non-alcoholic beverages, pastries, and breakfast items (as provided). We will also ensure the station remains refreshed and well-stocked throughout the morning.

Gown Preparation: Our team will steam all formal gowns belonging to the Bride, Bridal Party, and Mothers, ensuring each is in pristine condition prior to the photographer’s arrival.

Detail Coordination: We will position the Bride’s detail box alongside the wedding gown to provide easy access for the photographer upon arrival. Once detail photos are complete, our team will ensure that the Bride has her jewelry, perfume, veil, and any other personal pieces. The Groom will receive his cologne, jewelry, and personal items, while the rings will be entrusted to the Best Man. If vow books are to be provided to the officiant, we will ensure they receive them prior to the ceremony.

Lunch Coordination (if applicable): Should lunch be catered, our team will pick up the items from the designated establishment (within a 10-mile radius of the venue), transport them safely to the venue, and handle both the setup and breakdown of lunch stations for the Bridal Couple and Wedding Parties.

Floral Placement: All bouquets and boutonnieres will be placed in the respective bridal suites. Our team will ensure bouquets are removed from vases with sufficient time for stems to dry before photos, and we will assist with pinning floral accents on Bridal Party members as needed.

Bridal Suite Maintenance: Throughout the day, our team will maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bridal suite, discreetly removing trash and debris to ensure the space remains tidy and welcoming.


The Last 6 hours of our Services include the following:

Signature Gown Shot Coordination: Collaborate with the photographer and videographer to create an impeccable, editorial-style gown shot that captures the beauty and craftsmanship of your dress in stunning detail.

Custom Bridal Styling Kit: Each client receives a personalized styling kit curated to their specific needs, including:

 – Color-matched thread

 – Double-sided tape

 – Lint roller

 – Heel protectors

 – And virtually everything necessary to handle any fashion or beauty emergency with ease and discretion.

Dressing Assistance: On the wedding day, we will assist the bride into her gown, ensuring every detail is picture-perfect. Once dressed, we will step aside to allow a special family member or loved one to be part of the iconic “zipping shot” moment captured by the photographer.

Attire Preparation: All bridesmaids’ dresses and mothers’ gowns will be unpackaged, steamed, labeled, and organized for effortless dressing and a seamless morning experience.

First Look/ Touch Styling: We will prepare and style the First Look moment—carrying the train, positioning the gown, and ensuring every detail is flawless for that unforgettable first impression.

Secondary Looks: Any secondary bridal or reception looks will be steamed, styled, and prepared for a seamless transition later in the day.

Aisle & Portrait Preparation: Before the bride’s walk down the aisle, we will re-steam the gown if necessary, remove any stains from earlier events, and carefully manage the train to protect the gown during portraits and pre-ceremony moments.

Portrait Styling: During couple and bridal party portraits, our team will provide active styling support—lint rolling, straightening bowties and pocket squares, adjusting straps, and perfecting hems—ensuring every photo reflects timeless elegance.

Approaching every moment with the precision and artistry of a styled editorial shoot, our team ensures that each photo is flawless, timeless, and effortlessly chic. We remain present throughout portraits and the First Look to refine every detail, taming flyaway hairs, straightening ties, smoothing fabrics, and perfecting attire for both the bridal party and family members.

With a keen eye for efficiency, we gently prompt bridesmaids to remove hair ties and remind groomsmen to clear bulky items from their pockets, streamlining the photography process so that everyone can transition to the celebration seamlessly.

Most importantly, we take a moment to center the bride, reminding her to breathe deeply, relax, and truly savor the beauty and emotion of her day.



Pricing and Frequently Asked Questions

  • 2 Bridal Specialists will be on site for your special day, each working 10 total hours. Additional time can be added for $95.00 per hour.

  • We bring a Gold Trimmed Glass Bar Cart that we will use for your beverage station in the early morning hours.

    We also come with 2 commercial grade steamers that will be used to steam wedding gowns. Please note that our steamers can only be used by your bridal specialist team.

  • If your bridal specialists will be on site for lunch and dinner, it is required that both team members be included in your final meal counts.

  • Investment: $1,600.00

    A Non-refundable date retainer in the amount of 300.00 is due upon contract completion.

    $1, 300.00 is due 3 weeks prior to the event date.
